Super-early size M/S from Oct.20th to Nov.5th, Akebono M/S from Nov.6th to Dec.begging, Early L/M/S from Dec. biggining to Jan.beggining, Late 3L/L/M from Jan.begging to the end of Feb. All are harvested ones matured on the trees, and will deliver you by RT delivery service. As for the relation between size and price, L/M is 4,580 yen and S is 4,180 yen and 3L is 3,480 yen.

ビニールハウス菌床栽培・完全無農薬ヴァージョンのきくらげです。肥料は菌床内のオガクズだけです。提供できる時期は5月初旬から12月中旬です。冬期は凍ってしまい生育しないので提供できません。生キクラゲはクール便で、乾燥キクラゲは常温便で、セットはクール便で発送します。賞味期間については、生キクラゲは乾燥させなければ冷蔵庫保存で1週間、乾燥キクラゲはパッケージを解かなければ1年以上です。

ジャージー種の生乳から作ったチーズセットです。大切なのは、牛達が何を食べ何を飲んで育っているかです。「自然の牧草だけ」で育ちました。牧草は、草堆肥及び山の腐葉土のみで成長しているところがミソです。また、牛達の飲む水は、地下190mから汲み上げられた地下水。検査の結果「一般細菌検出ゼロ」でした。通常ゼロはあり得ません。なのに、なぜここのはゼロなのか？それは、標高約200mの里山の頂上部から190mの地下水だからです。上は空だけ。細菌の入りようがありません。チーズは4種類。チーズをビニル袋に入れ、緩衝材でくるみ、保冷剤とともに段ボールに入れ、クール便(冷蔵)で発送します。

大きいもの(３L)で重さ２キロ以上サッカーボールくらいに大きくなるものも現れる、柑橘類の王様「晩白柚」。熊本県八代地方の特産品です。晩白柚は「ばんぺいゆ」と読みます。非常に保存性が良いのが特徴です。最低３か月は常温で保存がきくという優れものです。香りも大変よく、贈答にぴったりでしょう。

The King of citrus fruits "Bampeiyu" which sometimes are shown the thing growing big to a soccer ball and more than 2 kilos in weight among big things(3L). It is the special product of the Yatsushiro district in Kumamoto. 晩白柚 is pronounced "BAMPEIYU". A characteristic is to have a very good save ability.
